We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO and COO of our fast-paced, growing event management company. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and displaying excellent organizational abilities. This role will be based in our office in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE.

- Managing and organizing the CEO and COO's calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events as necessary.
- Screening phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Managing travel arrangements and logistics, including flights, visas, cars, and hotel bookings.
- Maintaining confidentiality and using discretion when handling business information.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, liaising with vendors, and coordinating logistics as necessary.
- Managing special projects and executing errands as assigned by the CEO and COO.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assisting in preparing and monitoring the department's budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and ability to quickly learn other software platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Professional, personable, and approachable demeanour.
- Positive attitude and able to handle work-related stress.
- High level of adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Patience and resilience in managing a wide variety of tasks and dealing with complex situations.
- Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships.
- Able to drive in the UAE and have a car.
