Evolution Scenic are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with specific experience in scenic production and delivery.
Operating as POC for the department’s clients and handling all project related communication.
Leading a team of specialists to plan innovative, practical solutions to scenic requirements, managing an appropriate balance of time, cost and quality.
Managing budgets, ensuring project deliverables are accurately specified and costed.
Coordinating deliveries of both stand-alone scenic projects and integrated full scope Evolution projects in collaboration with our other departments.
The position is based in our workshop in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE and will include travelling to installation sites both locally and internationally.

Leading a team of specialists to plan innovative, practical solutions to scenic requirements, managing an appropriate balance of time, cost and quality.
Managing budgets, ensuring project deliverables are accurately specified and costed.
Coordinating deliveries of both stand-alone scenic projects and integrated full scope Evolution projects in collaboration with our other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of assigned scenic projects as project lead.
- Building and maintaining efficient schedules, handling multiple simultaneous projects.
- Providing efficient communication of project requirements to inhouse and external stakeholders
- Organizing and distributing project-related documentation including quotes, BOQs, shop drawings, visual references, schedules, site access, work permits, H&S documentation.
- Arranging and executing venue/site visits to survey dimension, access & logistics requirements, SWLs, H&S necessities
- Ensuring appropriate Evolution staff, third-party resources and transportation are requested and allocated for each project.
- Managing third-party supplier relationships
- Minimum 5 Years experience in scenic production for live events, themed environments, conference, exhibition, fixed installations or film/theatre required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge and experience of the region including familiarity with local suppliers, venues and clients.
- Knowledge and experience of relevant production techniques for multiple materials including but not limited to: metal, wood, textiles, composites, fiberglass and plastics as well as paint application and finishing
- Proficient and appropriate use of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe suite products and Excel
- Able to drive in the UAE and have a car.
- Arabic speaker an advantage
