Evolution is seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Administrative Assistant to join our Technical Department in Dubai, UAE. This position will be based at our office in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent administrative skills, a basic knowledge and interest in Event Technology and Technical concepts, and strong communication and organizational abilities. As a Technical Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Technical Department and ensuring smooth operations.

As a Technical Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Technical Department and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Department Head and Project Managers.
- Assist with day-to-day paperwork and filing within the department.
- Help with job scheduling using company staff and asset management software (training will be provided).
- Support documentation for procurement in accordance with Evolution's procurement procedures.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably working on mid to large-scale events. Experience in the UAE is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Sketchup, Autocad, and Vectorworks is desired, although training can be provided.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Valid UAE or home country driving license and access to a car is desired.
- Arabic language proficiency is advantageous but not essential.
