1. About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, Arabic- and English-speaking Freelance Branding Manager for a fixed-term contract based in Abu Dhabi from October to December 2026, with exact dates to be confirmed. The Branding Manager will oversee the production, delivery and installation of on-site branding collateral, acting as the key link between creative teams, project management and production suppliers. The role involves reviewing and adjusting artwork specifications, coordinating with vendors, securing project approvals and managing end-to-end production and installation schedules.


The successful candidate will ensure that all branding is produced and installed accurately, on time and in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications and quality standards across project sites in Abu Dhabi.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to review, refine, measure and adjust artwork files according to site dimensions, technical specifications and production requirements. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for branding and production suppliers, managing production scopes, material specifications, quality standards and delivery deadlines. 
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and creative team to review and refine artwork and secure formal approvals before production begins. 
  • Prepare and manage detailed schedules covering artwork approvals, production milestones, delivery logistics and on-site installation. 
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of all branding collateral, ensuring that materials, dimensions, colours and finishes comply with the approved specifications. 
  • Oversee branding installation across project sites in Abu Dhabi and ensure that all work is completed safely, accurately and to the required quality standards. 
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to verify measurements, installation conditions and branding requirements. 
  • Identify potential production or installation issues and coordinate practical solutions with project teams and suppliers. 
  • Monitor project progress, maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders. 
  • Manage last-minute artwork revisions, production changes and on-site requirements while maintaining agreed deadlines. 

3. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Based in Abu Dhabi or able to commute easily to project sites across the emirate. 
  • Professional fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, particularly for artwork measurement, print preparation and technical file adjustments. 
  • Proven experience in brand management, branding production, event branding, site branding, graphic production or visual marketing execution. 
  • Practical understanding of large-format printing, signage, vinyl applications, fabrication, production materials and installation methods. 
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with experience preparing and managing production, delivery and installation schedules. 
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between creative teams, project managers, clients and third-party suppliers. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to check artwork, dimensions, materials, colours and finishes against approved specifications. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet tight project deadlines. 
  • Availability for a freelance contract running from October to December 2026, with exact dates to be confirmed. 
  • A valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred due to the requirement for regular site visits.
