    1. About the role

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Site Assistant for a 3-month contract based in Abu Dhabi. In this hands-on role, you will support the production and project management teams with daily on-site operations, vendor coordination, load-in/load-out logistics, and site supervision. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and ensures all site activities run safely, on schedule, and to approved standards.

    2. Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Site Manager/Project Manager with daily on-site setup, build-out, and branding installation.
    • Perform regular site checks to monitor work quality, site cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
    • Greet and guide contractors, suppliers, and labor crews upon their arrival on-site.
    • Coordinate administrative logistics, including vendor site access, delivery schedules, parking permits, and work passes.
    • Track, log, and inspect incoming deliveries, equipment, and materials against order specs and packing lists.
    • Help organize material storage and maintain on-site inventory counts to prevent damage or loss.
    • Document daily site progress by capturing photo reports, keeping logs, and sharing status updates with the Project Manager.
    • Flag potential on-site delays or hazards early and report them immediately to the Site Manager.
    • Support post-event teardown, assisting with load-out logistics, inventory checks, and site restoration for venue handover.

    3. Qualifications & Requirements

    • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Site Assistant, Event Coordinator, Production Assistant, or Site Supervisor in the UAE.
    • Based in or able to easily commute to project sites across Abu Dhabi.
    • Strong verbal communication in English (Arabic is a strong plus) to coordinate effectively with diverse site crews and venue managers.
    • Ability to stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and handle real-time changes on-site.
    • Comfortable working extended hours, night shifts, and weekends on active site environments as project schedules require.
    • Immediate availability for a 3-month freelance commitment.
    • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car is highly preferred.

    1. About the role

    We are seeking a dynamic, Arabic-speaking Freelance Brand Manager for a 3-month contract based in Abu Dhabi to oversee the execution, production, and installation of on-site branding collateral. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design, project management, and vendor operations across project sites in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for adjusting artwork specifications, coordinating with production suppliers, securing project approvals, and managing end-to-end timelines to ensure seamless on-site delivery and installation.

    2. Key Responsibilities

    • Utilise Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to refine, measure, and adjust artwork files according to exact site specifications and production requirements.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for branding suppliers, managing production scope, quality standards, and strict delivery deadlines.
    • Work closely with the Project Manager to review, refine, and secure formal approvals for all artwork before moving to production.
    • Build and manage comprehensive schedules covering production milestones, delivery logistics, and final on-site installation.
    • Oversee on-site branding installation across Abu Dhabi sites to ensure execution aligns with approved design specs and quality standards.

    3. Qualifications & Requirements

    • Based in or able to easily commute to project sites across Abu Dhabi.
    • Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
    • Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop specifically for artwork measurement, file prep, and technical adjustments.
    • Proven experience in brand management, graphic production, event/site branding, or visual marketing execution.
