    1. About the role

    We are seeking an adaptable English and Arabic speaking Freelance Accreditation Manager for a fixed-term based in Abu Dhabi from October to December 2026, with exact dates to be confirmed. The Accreditation Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of the accreditation process for a large-scale event. The role will oversee the registration, verification, approval, production, distribution, and management of accreditation passes for staff, crew, contractors, suppliers, media, VIPs, guests, and other event stakeholders.


    The Accreditation Manager will work closely with Event Operations, Security, Production, Venue Management, HR, Guest Services, and other relevant departments to ensure all accredited personnel have the correct access permissions and credentials.


    The role will also lead the onsite accreditation operation, ensuring accreditation centers are efficiently managed and capable of handling high volumes of personnel during peak periods.

    2. Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the overall accreditation planning and operational delivery for the event.
    • Develop and manage accreditation categories, access levels, zones, and credential types.
    • Manage the full accreditation process from application and data collection through to approval, badge production, and distribution.
    • Coordinate accreditation requirements across production, operations, security, venue, suppliers, contractors, media, VIPs, and other stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate accreditation databases and ensure all personnel information is complete and up to date.
    • Coordinate with Security and Access Control teams to ensure accreditation permissions align with event security requirements.
    • Manage the onsite accreditation centers, including staffing, equipment, badge printing, collection, replacement, and troubleshooting.
    • Establish procedures for lost, damaged, expired, or incorrectly issued credentials.
    • Monitor accreditation numbers, approvals, pending applications, and access requirements.
    • Produce regular accreditation reports and updates for senior event management.
    • Manage and supervise the accreditation team during build-up, event days, and breakdown.
    • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure their teams are properly accredited before accessing restricted areas.
    • Resolve accreditation issues and access-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure personal and sensitive information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
    • Support event access control planning and operational readiness.
    • Conduct accreditation briefings and ensure the accreditation team understands all procedures and escalation protocols.
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and service throughout the accreditation operation.

    3. Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in accreditation, event operations, access control, registration, or a similar role.
    • Proven experience working on large-scale events, sporting events, festivals, exhibitions, or major productions.
    • Previous experience managing accreditation for high volumes of staff, crew, contractors, suppliers, media, VIPs, and guests.
    • Strong understanding of accreditation systems, access control procedures, credential categories, and security protocols.
    • Experience managing and supervising onsite teams.
    • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    1. About the role

    We are seeking an adaptable and proactive Freelance Site Assistant for a fixed-term position based in Abu Dhabi from October to December 2026, with exact dates to be confirmed.

    The Site Assistant will provide day-to-day operational support to the Site Management and Event Operations teams during the build-up, live event, and breakdown phases of a large-scale event.

    The role will assist with the coordination of site activities, contractors, suppliers, deliveries, site access, equipment, facilities, and general site requirements, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and according to the event schedule.


    The Site Assistant will work closely with Site Managers, Production, Operations, Security, Logistics, Facilities, Contractors, and Suppliers.

    2. Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Site Management team with day-to-day site operations.
    • Assist with the coordination of contractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
    • Support site preparations during build-up, event days, and breakdown.
    • Assist with managing deliveries, collections, loading/unloading, and site logistics.
    • Monitor contractor and supplier activities and report any issues to the Site Manager.
    • Conduct regular site checks and report maintenance, safety, access, or operational issues.
    • Assist with site access and ensure contractors and suppliers are directed to the correct areas.
    • Support the management of site facilities, offices, cabins, storage areas, and operational spaces.
    • Assist with the setup, movement, and positioning of equipment, furniture, signage, barriers, and other site requirements.

    • Good understanding of event build-up, live event, and breakdown operations.
    • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and multiple internal departments.

    • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

    We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Freelance Site Manager for a fixed-term position based in Abu Dhabi from October to December 2026, with exact dates to be confirmed.

    The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of site operations for a large-scale event, overseeing the planning, preparation, build-up, live event, and breakdown phases.

    The role will manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate closely with Event Operations, Security, Logistics, Facilities, Health & Safety, contractors, suppliers, and venue representatives to ensure the site is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the approved plans and event schedule.
