1. About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, Arabic-speaking Freelance Brand Manager for a 3-month contract based in Abu Dhabi to oversee the execution, production, and installation of on-site branding collateral. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design, project management, and vendor operations across project sites in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for adjusting artwork specifications, coordinating with production suppliers, securing project approvals, and managing end-to-end timelines to ensure seamless on-site delivery and installation.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to refine, measure, and adjust artwork files according to exact site specifications and production requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for branding suppliers, managing production scope, quality standards, and strict delivery deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to review, refine, and secure formal approvals for all artwork before moving to production.
  • Build and manage comprehensive schedules covering production milestones, delivery logistics, and final on-site installation.
  • Oversee on-site branding installation across Abu Dhabi sites to ensure execution aligns with approved design specs and quality standards.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Based in or able to easily commute to project sites across Abu Dhabi.
  • Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop specifically for artwork measurement, file prep, and technical adjustments.
  • Proven experience in brand management, graphic production, event/site branding, or visual marketing execution.
  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of creating and managing production/installation schedules and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between creative teams, project managers, and third-party vendors.
  • Immediate availability for a 3-month freelance commitment, with a valid UAE driver’s license and car preferred for site visits.

Where are Evolution's offices and facilities located?

Evolution operates from major facilities in Dubai and Riyadh — including our 180,000 sq. ft.
